Long before Nexus existed, I was drawn to the magic that happens when people genuinely connect, when they listen to one another, learn from each other, and create something larger than themselves. I’ve always believed that collaboration and learning are not just about gaining new skills, but about deepening our understanding of ourselves and those around us.

Linda

About Linda
Prior to working with Nexus Consulting, Linda offers trainings, workshops and group facilitation, as well as tailored coaching for individuals and organizations. Focusing on communication, leadership, teambuilding and intercultural competence, Linda uses a variety of interactive and effective methods to engage her clients in the learning process. She has worked in more than 15 countries with private and public sector clients from more than 35 different industries.
In addition, she is a University Lecturer at the postgraduate and undergraduate level, with courses on Intercultural Communication, Leadership and Teambuilding, Presentation Skills, Communicating Science, and other related topics.
Prior to moving to Germany in 2005, Linda developed and presented workshops and trainings for U.S. federal agencies, public health departments, Ministries of Health, and non-government organizations. Notable projects include supporting the development of mass media campaigns.
Linda has also been active with Toastmasters International since 2006, even founded a chapter 10 years later.
Ramin

About Ramin
With a warm and approachable style and a cosmopolitan outlook, Ramin is an expert team trainer who brings a heartfelt dedication to every team they work with. Known for building trust with ease, he focuses on creating spaces where team members feel valued, heard, and inspired to grow together.
Mr Kaweh has facilitated numerous retreats, workshops and team-building events with the private sector, Swiss and multi-national corporations, e.g. Caterpillar, Credit Suisse, Nestlé, Patek Philippe, etc and with international agencies, e.g. UN, WHO, World Food Programme, GAVI, GCF, etc.
Before creating Nexus Consulting, Ramin worked as a Senior Manager with Dynargie, a Training and Consulting Firm. Previously, he was a Senior Consultant for Andersen Business Consulting, providing services in process optimization, change and people management.
As a Programme Officer at the UN in Geneva, he facilitated large-scale workshops between NGOs and governmental authorities. He was also a University Lecturer at various universities in London, Paris and Geneva in the field of International Relations.
Julie

About Julie
Before joining Nexus Consulting five years ago, Julie spent 18 years as a Brand Manager in the
luxury and cosmetics sectors. In her career path as a business manager, she enjoyed and
transformed to focus on learning and development. Before choosing to join Nexus Consulting,
she was promoted to be the Training Director at Clarins and, then, the International Training
Manager at Rivoli Cosmetics.
Julie enjoys training and is also a leadership coach. With her international background, having
worked in the UK, Switzerland, France, Germany, Ukraine, and Japan she is most competent to
adapt her training and delivery skills to an international audience.
She likes to use her creativity to develop tailored-made trainings for different clients and
audiences. She also facilitates workshops, and team retreats with Nexus Consulting, notably with
some UN and specialized agencies, e.g. WHO, UNEP, GAVI, Green Climate Fund, World Food
Programme (WFP), etc.
Christine

About Christine
Christine has more than 20 years of experience in training and coaching in international organisations and companies in Facilitation of Workshops. Project Management, Communication, Change Management, Leadership, Personal Effectiveness, and Train the Trainer.
Christine has published in various journals on the topics of both Soft Skills and Project Management, given numerous presentations at the Swiss Project Management Association and other associations, and written a book on Project Management.
Christine has facilitated numerous workshops and team-building events with the private sector, Swiss and multi-national corporations, e.g. SGS, Richemont, Nordic Nanovector, Firmenich, etc, and with international organisations, e.g. UN, WFP, UNAIDS, WMO, etc.
She started working with Nexus in 2020. Her experience as a Project Manager led her to understand the vital importance of people management skills as well as having clear processes and methodologies. She was also a University Lecturer for several years at 2 different universities in Geneva and Lugano in the field of Project Management.
Marijn

About Marijn
Marijn specialises in creating and facilitating experiences that inspire change. He invites teams and individuals to take a systemic view of their challenges, adopting different perspectives and working with their heads, hearts, and hands. His background in behaviour change is instrumental in enabling and facilitating sustainable change for the teams and individuals he works with.
Marijn has worked for seven years as a learning solutions specialist and trainer at UNITAR and IUCN. He has participated in training projects across over 15 countries, mostly focusing on topics related to peacekeeping and conservation of nature.
As a professional coach, he supports mid-career professionals navigating challenging situations at work, mostly related to workplace conflicts, communication, collaboration, resilience, and wellbeing. He regularly conducts public workshops on communication and self-leadership.
Before starting his work as a learning designer, he worked as an analyst in the All-Source Intelligence Cell at the Dutch army.

Natalie has dedicated her career to deepening her expertise in professional development and coaching. She has an evidence-based approach to her facilitation and coaching practice, being adept in quantifiable research methodology and the use of validated scales.
Before moving into professional development and coaching, she had a successful career in advertising, where she led cross-functional teams and conceptualised integrated campaigns that delivered significant results. Her innovative and creative work earned her prestigious awards for digital innovation and creativity.
With over 16 years of international experience, Natalie brings a wealth of insight to her coaching and facilitation practice. Her approach is particularly effective for clients navigating dynamic and volatile environments, where success, transformation, and innovation are critical. Natalie is passionate about workplace Diversity and Inclusion and is a lifelong learner.
Natalie has facilitated retreats, workshops, and team-building events across various private sectors and international organisations.

About John
John is an internationally recognized speaker and expert on public speaking, presentation skills and persuasion. With degrees in International Relations and Law, John has 30 years of public speaking and presentation experience in a variety of forums.
John has worked for a major Canadian law firm, the United Nations and the World Health Organization (WHO). He is now a full-time speaker, in English and French, giving keynotes, emceeing events, and helping companies, organizations and individuals communicate more effectively.
John is a 9-time European champion of Toastmasters public speaking contests and a TEDx Speaker. John’s extensive global experiences enable him to connect with audiences of any culture.
With his improvisational theatre group, the Renegade Saints, John also helps companies discover how “improv” can be used to improve collaboration, communication and creativity for any corporate team.
