Organised by the Institute for Leadership and Sustainability (IFLAS) at the University of Cumbria and Brathay Trust, the international research festival on leadership, sustainability and wellbeing takes place on July 16th to 18th 2015, at Brathay Hall, on the shores of Windermere in the Lake District, UK.
The festival offers the opportunity to meet cultural leaders, leadership development professionals, corporate responsibility executives from over 40 countries to explore insights from engaged scholarship on the nexus of leadership, sustainability and wellbeing and to interact with people offering or procuring leadership training.
On July 18, from 11:30 to 12:30, Ramin Kaweh will join Charlotte Millar (WWF – UK), Jo Confino (The Guardian) and Zeffi Kefala (Ancient Wisdom) for a plenary panel “On Love and Leadership” hosted by Lynne Franks (SEED) to explore the following questions: To what extent are the practices and organisations we seek to promote about loving consciousness? What are the pros and cons of bringing love into the discourse of organisations, leadership, social change and even politics?
